What does research use only mean?
Research use only (RUO) products are intended solely for laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic procedures, or any clinical application.
Who are your products intended for?
Our catalog is intended for laboratories, research institutions and qualified researchers conducting in-vitro and laboratory studies.
What is the difference between the store SKU and the supplier catalog ID?
The store SKU is our own product identifier. The supplier catalog ID is the identifier assigned by the original supplier or manufacturer, shown separately so researchers can cross-reference it.
Why do some products show "Image pending approval"?
We only display product images once they have been approved as accurate. Until then, a neutral laboratory placeholder is shown so products are never misrepresented.
Why do some products show "Price pending verification"?
Some products do not yet have a price on file. Listed prices are reference prices pending store owner approval, and products without a price cannot be added to the cart yet.
Can I place an order now?
Not yet. Checkout is not yet configured — prices, inventory, shipping and payment are pending setup.
How should research peptides be stored?
